Unless you're not questioning the justice of creating a Hell like your question led some of us to believe, but are questioning the existence of God in the first place (which is what you seem to be saying now). In which case, since scientific evidence fails to prove the existence of God, a response requires a discussion of faith. Demanding a discussion of the existence of God without mentioning faith (the veritable cornerstone of most Christian religions) might as well be asking to describe how a bicycle works without allowing mention of the wheels.
