You *cannot* have a person who lives their entire life without sinning. It is impossible. I argued this in a debate a few days ago I believe. Even Mother Theresa, at some point in her life, did something that was not right. It's basic human nature. Therefore, as punishment for their wrongdoings, the sentence is eternal death. God cannot allow a sinner into his perfect heaven. Now He has created a way for our sins to be transferred and redeemed for, and all we have to do is accept that. Unfortunately many people deliberately choose to reject the one thing that can save them. As such, they are damned to seperation from God - Hell - for eternity.

And I'm not really sure where you're getting "vengeful viscous tool of the church" from.
