Hi all, A friend of mine has asked me to help with a problem he has with his XP box, I've poked around, found the problem, but haven't been able to find a solution, I tried googling it, in vain, so I thought it would be productive to UFie it. ;)

My friend has noticed quite a few pop-ups appearing randomly, and by trial and error in msconfig, tracked it down to an entry in the startup section called 'rymllprd.exe' (which he disabled from running at startup). The file does not exist at the location alleged by msconfig, or indeed anywhere on the disk, however, typing rymllprd in the DOS prompt runs it.

I discovered the program has an uninstaller, accessible by running 'rymllprd.exe -UnIns' at the prompt. This brings up a very bizarre uninstall program, which (eventually) does nothing. As I mentioned, I could not find the file anywhere, the closest I found is a file called 'rymllprd.exe-1743874.pf' in the windows/prefetch directory.

Does anyone know what this program is or how it can be removed?
