I nicked this joke from an old 'Blaster Bates' script. He's still alive as far as I'm aware, but he had a stroke some years ago, and finds it difficult to go on stage any more. Anyone reading this, please correct me if I'm wrong. Just for more flavour, the best joke I ever heard him do was at a Rotary Club Dinner. I can't remember the context, but the punchline was:- "From here to eternity with a guided missile, or from here to maternity with a guided muscle."
