and also mail her/him stuff without needing a stamp, iirc. Look him/her up in the Blue Pages of a phone book or try calling 1-800-OCANADA. The feds seem to really be pushing that number, so it might have useful answers. Hey! It just occurred to me, I'm not in "Dr." Pankiw's riding anymore! Yay! No more materials featuring racial slurs and homophobia from my MP! (damn redneck riding that elected him ...)
