I talked to that man in flesh. I told him that I wanted to switch from SuSE to Red Hat, and he said: "Red Hat is good! Red Hat is really good!" I was astonished and asked him, why he thought that Red Hat was good, and then he told me that MS owns more than 25 percent (control stock), but less than 50 percent of Red Hat.
