that the missles that exceed the 150 mile range set by the UN do so by only a slim margin, and only under certain firing conditions. These missles are essentially dumb-fire - that is, they are pointed in a certain direction, and carry only enough fuel to take them a certain distance. Its very imprecise, and as such, I (and most non-American analysts) refuse to call these missles "proof" of Saddam's violation of UN guidelines.
