The problem is where you squared 4-x. You are using the principal (positive) square roots where you use Sqrt(), but you squared -x, giving you a false solution.

I'm an engineer, not a math major, so you'll have to forgive the imprecision of my answer. I'm sure a mathematician could be much more elegant.
