| Instead I am rating the technical support of MusicMatch software. This is wha I wrote in their comments field: "If you get my problem fixed I will be a happy little camper, but I would prefer if you stopped treating me like a moron. I am working in the IT-industry and know how to RTFM, but if the answer isn't provided there and I say what I have tried I would like you to trust me that I have done it. Technical support is the last resort, but so far it seems that the support only have access to the faq's and just know how to copy the guidelines from there.
