CD-Rs and CD-RWs should be ok because they use non-ferrous materials, so the magenetic flux shouldn't induce charge on them, I think. (Obviously magnetism will erase the bits in magnetic media, but if you're talking big enough magnetic flux, it could melt anything ferrous too.)
