correct use of HTML does not specify the way content looks. That is what CSS is for.

Now, repeat after me (because they'll almost certainly try and tell you otherwise in your course, because the people writing this resources seem to have learnt HTML from looking at Homestead homepage sources):
HTML describes the content.
CSS describes the style.
