SRC is an attribute, img is the tag, and anything else is an attribute... href is also an attribute of a :)

piffle is him running out of ideas and exressing frustration.

The full anstwer to img is

align, alt, border, class, height, hspace, id, ismap, longdesc, name, src, style, title, usemap, vspace, width.

I think thats all of them, though there are more IE only ones, and some of these have been depracated with XHTML Ithink theya re all valid with HTML4
