I've experimented with the contents of those, and they are SERIOUSLY absorbant. The little granules swell up to the size of peas and utterly dessicate (well, yeah) their surroundings. Needless to say, that would be a Bad Thing to happen in your body. Just sitting one on your tongue would cause you problems (it'd draw all the water out of the cells...). So be a smart human being and pay attention to the warning. For once, it's not a stupid one (like "this bag of peanuts may contain nuts").
