I'm guessing that for some reason you (or [s]he) wants a flashy (redundant) front-end to the video files. Got a license for Macromedia Director, or can your/hir budget stretch to something like this? My personal feel would be to just stick the videos, MPEG encoded, on a CD, so that they're a doddle for anyone to use and can be read by pretty much any decent media player on pretty much any suitable platform, but hey. Perhaps I'm missing what you're/they're trying to achieve here. =)
