we've done it here in basic code	by Arienadean	2003-02-19 09:15:16
and my roomate uses netscape. It depends on if they are writing IE specific code or not. Typically when I do html I try to make it not dependant on the browser type just plain jane html that will work with everything... might be a little less flashy but that is because I don't bother to flash or shockwave it.
