result: Ford -> 2 inch scratch on the paint of the right rear panel... P.O.S. -> entire front left panel crushed and grill mangled. And to add insult to injury for this poor guy, our insurance company is probably going to fight paying for his damage because they might have been pulling out at the same time and he should have layed on his horn or some such nonsense.... it was my deaf husband's fault (he's at a 20% veteran's disability rating in hearing). We paid the deductible and will take a hit in premiums probably (after 20 years of never an accident -- except last month when I got rear-ended by the teenager.... oh, and the time I broke the mirror off the car backing into the garage but never told the insurance company and still haven't lived down).
