It's rare to find politicians today who acutally understand what Open-Source is and what it means. And I'm glad he's openly said that the state hasn't acutally done anything on that topic. Most would give some lame "we're looking into it" type answer in an attempt to appease voters. It certainly is a step in the right direction. "Forget Tibet, Free the Left Lane" -on a bumper sticker
