It's Karl.
I would like to assume that the following is a GOOD conversation:
Karl: "Hey Dennis, how doya like your new job?"
Me: "It's alright!"
Karl: "Yeah, it's a stepping stone, good stepping stone, it's a stepping stone. Just hang in there. Stepping stone. Are you making decent money or did they start you out low? I told them not to do that to you..."
Me: "Oh, it pays good. It's a good starting wage."
Karl: "Good. Hang in there, there's better things in store for you."
