Thank you for the opportunity of working with you and the others in the Tech. Dept. for [mystery]. I learned a lot, I did a lot of growing; my attitude was changed about working in the IT field, I sort of became more of a people person. I think it was overall a good experience for me. Now I am regretfull inform you that I need to resign from my position here. I am going to start taking some classes at Quick Strike, and I will be trying to develop a career- something I can support myself on. This job, as great as it has been, unfortunately, does not seem to have much of a future and no longer poses a challenge to me.
Print it out, hold it hidden in one hand, tell your boss "Hey, I don't feel this job is challenging me anymre. I was growing, but now I've stopped. Is there a way I can move into another spot that's a little more... up there?" and if he sais yes, drop the paper in hte nearest wastebasket. If he sais no, hand it to him.
