or things seen as being harassing/trolling can get modded. I'm not sure if they would do that for "bashing" a country or it's leader or what. As every country has issues and most politicians aren't liked... and always some policies also aren't liked... so to some extent even people from the country whatevers aimed at may also laugh too... sadly enough there is more bashing than pro nation stuff... and if it's pro it tends to go a bit overkill on the patriotism factor.
