well you can talk to a mod and give them an idea of what the content is and they'll tell you if they'd mod something like that. Some if they aren't sure say the site name and leave it to people to google for things. Which seems to be aloud. Also it varies in what is acceptable. Nudity that is art like a statue for example or classical painting is acceptable or a medical pic but porn obviously isn't kind of thing. And no matter what it is if it has swearing they'll mod it.
