there's a dryer vent, bathrooms have vents too, although those would be easier to seal than a dryer vent. I'd say your best bet would be an interior room without vents. Which begs the question, how the hell are you supposed to breathe with all the plastic and duct tape sealing things up? Is the assumption that suffocation is preferable to horrible biological diseases?
