As for the "dirty/clean glass" joke... I have NO clue. I do recall a thread running thru the BTTF trilogy...
In the 50's Hill Valley, Marty asks for a Tab (to which the attendant responds "you gonna order something?") then for a Pepsi Free (response "You gotta pay for the Pepsi, pal!"). In the Future Hill Valley, he orders a Pepsi and pays ten bucks for it, from a robotic attendant that parodies Ron Reagan and Max Headroom. In the 1880's Hill Valley, he orders the aforementioned sarsparilla...
And yes, we're familiar with the "shooting range" gag too. Bonus points, name at least two BTTF movie scenes with this gag. :) |
