...instead of writing a letter of resignation, write up a letter explaining exactly what happened. Then get a local notary public to notarize it, then hand a copy in. If they fire you, looks like grounds for wrongful dismissal. If you resign, you are only hurting yourself (and saving dumbasses from their own folly). Kickstart
