Otherwise, if you really want to push the issue, talk to her later, (when she calms down) that it was unnecessary to throw things at your window and that you'd comply if she was nice to just call you or knock on the door or something. That should work, unless she's a [Non-FYOS] or you gave her a reason not to trust you before.
