is complain very loudly to everyone. Then threaten a lawsuit over it. Then go through with a lawsuit. Carpal Tunnel is not very fun when it gets severe. Right now, it's given me limited feeling in part of my hand, my shoudler always hurts, my neck gets tense whenever my shoudler hurts, and it's thrown my back out of alignment enough that certain usually pleasurable activities... er... aren't anymore. So yes, lawsuit if nothing else gets them to change it.
