Get a proper desk, a good chair, and some wrist splints.
Look into different mice and keybaords to use as well. Some people like trackballs, thye hurt my wrist even more than regular mice personally. Some poeple like ergonomic keybaords, but I have to hold my wrists funny to use them..
Just my expereince. You gotta find out what works for you on the equipment end of things. But a good chair that has a lot of adjustments and levers and knobs :)
Also a good properly sized desk.
You want your arms ot make a 90 degree angle when you sit down and type. At least. Preferably a little more.
And once an hour, stand up, relax your shoudlers, and take in a nice deep breath... one of those ones that makes your somtahc poke way out there.
Then slowly roll your head around in circles, going in both directions a few times.. Do the same with your shoulders. Don't press your head down tho, let it hang down naturally, so it;'ll stretch things.
There ya go... |
