Why didn't I catch that? Oh, yeah, cause I'm nearly geographically illiterate. Ah, well. Of course, the problem of how to reign it in is still in doubt. Japan, for example, was officially claiming that AIDS was "not their problem", despite the hushed up increasing numbers of people getting infected. I don't know if they've wised up yet. If an advanced country refuses to admit their problems, what about the other countries?
