Does the US have worse capabilities? Well, nuclear capabilities, yes. Chemical and bio, I seriously doubt.
Saddam has been proven to use chemical and biological agents before, he's modifying UAVs to deliver them (that was in their report), he's got chemical rocket warheads, he's got a missile that goes over the UN approved range...
I honestly don't see why people are making out the US to be the bad guy here. I only hear the same tired arguments of "everyone knows" the US is doing this because they're greedy, and "everyone knows" the US is a bunch of warmongers.
Frankly, it makes me feel like maybe the US should just leave the UN and let it collapse like the League of Nations did. |
