UF on IPv6 by DaNutBall2006-11-19 12:55:59
  What, precisely, is IPv6? (n/t) by Llyr2003-02-13 08:14:04
next version of IP by McNutcase2003-02-13 08:16:08
      Oh, so it's like "x.x.x.x.x.x"? (n/t) by Llyr2003-02-13 08:18:40
AFAIK, with IPv6, an IP address is 128 bits. by Stavros2003-02-13 08:22:30
You sure on that? by taIon 2003-02-13 08:44:25
I though they had just doubled the address length from 32 to 64 bits. After all that would give you around 4295 million times the current number of IP addresses.
But then again, thye may have just decided to make sure the problem never comes up again and go with 128.
