Normally all I get here in canada is primarily a english speaking flood of stuff... and most of it is from the US followed by canada. There are a few french artists here but not that many I think go mainstream. I like jarre though, Jean J. Goldman, and some german bands... While some songs are still good when translated to english some lack something. I think it changes the beat or maybe because of somethings not translating quite right over. But it's nice to hear something than constant english speaking stuff. Some chinese pop bands are ok but hmm sometimes a bit to peppy or whatever.(don't know what word to describe it... maybe it's the barny the dinosaur too happy bubbly bit<shrug>)
