Stupid work computer by Dok 2003-02-13 04:57:55
I complained that my harddrive was pooched as windows kept crashing, and what do they do? Reload it with XP and the lock out everything with administrator passwords. I can't install any software, change my background or even create a toolbar! My Control Panel comes up with an empty window. I can't even change the time unless I do it in BIOS!

Urrgh... I just had my desktop configured for maximum efficency as well.

So how do I get around it? I can't edit the registry, are there any other methods of regaining control? maybe if I installed a second drive and the edited my real drive as a slave.. would that work??
