Currently the conflict hasn't really started yet and the goal is still to avoid it! And if we (I'm german btw.) would send patriot launchers and whatever to Turkey now this would basically help to prepare the war instead of avoiding it. But I guess that - though the official position right now is support when attacked - support will be there when the war starts...
