A DSL customer expecting a new computer with her DSL subscription. "I got my modem last week, and I still haven't gotten my computer! LET ME SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR!" etc etc. I loved working for Bellsouth DSL at times. At other times, I wish I had a noose at my workstation. :)
