//Mindless Rant As dumb as they make Greg out to be, I had a customer call me yesterday that claimed to be an admin. He then complained that his mailserver kept timing out; after looking into the matter, I found out he was hosting via a dialup connection. Also, he didn't even set it up his room mate did. This genius didn't even know what a traceroue was or what the difference between POP and SMTP was. Can't decide what's worse ignorance or stupidity. If only I had a giant Cluebat... //end of rant
