| The Linux Users Group in my University is planning to create a CD with alternative software to the programs we use with Windows. We have a list of apps and we are looking for altenatives to them. The idea is to make a CD with the Knoppix / Debian / whatever core and all the apps anybody will ever need for class. So, they must be for Linux, although we are planning to submit the CD to the GNU WIN team, so another CD for Bindous can be burned
More details and the whole software list can be found in my diary
Suggestions for the software we should use are really appreciated
Thanks a lot for your help |
