They wait until 15 minutes before they need something and then expect me to whip it up and make it pretty and read their crappy handwriting to boot. Since they've never done any of it themselves, they have no concept of how long anything takes. Also high on the irritating list are people who get into the files and fool around and do stuff they shouldn't because they refuse to learn how to do it the right way. I once opened a file and found hard numbers in where my beautiful formulae had once lived. Then the dumb broad had the nerve to gripe because the numbers weren't right. Duh! If she'd left it alone, it would have been right.
