What IP, subnets, and gateway did you use? Did the operating systems accept the settings you gave them? (type "ipconfig /all" at the command prompts and see if they parrot back the settings you told them to use.) What do you mean by "can't see each other..."? What's your skill level, so we'll know how basic the information you're requesting needs to be?
