Yeah, I get several severe calls a day. For some reason, people that don't know how to use a pc always decide to call and establish service... I've had everything from people attempting to use their mouse as a remote control (picking it up and pointing it at their monitor) to 104 year old senior citizens that didn't know what a cdrom was. My least favorite callers are the ones that are belligerent and insist that our servers are down even though their neighbors can connect (I don't know how they reason that it's our fault, but they do have degrees - more like degrees of stupidity). Now I'm certain that Illiad has worked as a tech before.
