what are you looking at?? no I'm not some female mutant... I'm nearly finished making a triple batch of swedish meatballs... Anyone want some </me>... They have in them: sour cream, ground beef, chives, dry mustard, nutmeg, parsley, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, egg, and mashed potatoes. Currently my roommate is getting his fill of the big balls(I made them about 2" dia) but he's putting sweet and sour sauce on them the silly.(I offered to make the white sauce but he said naw)...
/me ponders do swedish eat swedish meatballs or do they get tired of it like my sons chinese relatives and chinese food... or are they just a north american thing to eat?<shrug> |
