you just have no idea by sketcher 2003-02-09 00:21:57
retail is a little different than being the b^#@h boy for the understaffed technology department of a growing school system
we have 5 employees in the technology department
only 3 of them do actual work on computers
... guess who does the most work on the computers... and deals with all of the stupidass teachers?

guess who's young enough to be given NO respect at all by basically anyone
the students try to get me to give them tech support for their home computers. for free

every single time i set up a new computer in a classroom and hear kids exclaim 'OH WOW! SHE'S GOT LIKE A LAAAAAYYYYZER MOUSE OR SOMETHIN!' its kinda cute at first, but then i remember- '(hey these are high school kids, they should know what this is... they dont have to know that its actually using LED's and not a 'laaaaayyyyzer', but they should at least have some comprehension going on)'

i cant ever hit or kick anyone
its hell
i cant even verbally abuse them
its hell

now i dont mean to say that retail is some sort of worthless job or anything like that- i deal with people, and i have had probably much worse jobs than you, such as washing dishes- or working at mcdonalds, so i have a pretty good idea of what im talking about
i think
