Here in Germany, it is part of our CONSTITUTION, that we will never start a war. And this IS an attack war against the Iraq. They did actually NOTHING! Maybe they have weapons, maybe not. Bush is not even interested in that, he said, he WILL attack, even if there is no proof for those weapons. Why should the Iraq use any kind of weapon against the US? This would be absolute suicide! The free world is safe from Iraq. Even if you bomb it away completely, there still are some Osamas all over the world waiting for their chance. Did you Americans ever ask your self why there is so much hatred against you? Because you are interferring with other people's business, all the time, all over the world! This time because they are communists, next time they are muslime, next time perhaps because they are 'part of the old europe'! Bush only started bothering about Iraq to revenge his father, and because the military industry wanted him to. Or maybe the reason was oil, or to stop people worring about the social system. There are MANY possible reasons for this war and none of them have to do with 'humanity' or the glorious fight for 'freedom' you are allways celebrating!
You feel like there may be a threat in a suspicios country, you send your troops in, bomb it away, is that your freedom?! Germany simply will not participate in another madness.
A better solution would be to support the inspection teams with good equipped and fast troops, to ensure the Iraq can not hide anything away. If we find something suspicious, we can take it away to destroy it. There is no need to destroy the whole country and to kill civilians! And, just by the way: Iraq's Oil stays in Iraq.
Solve your own problems before dealing with those of other ones! We all have our own problems, we don't need a war!
