Not necessarily because Bush is right, but because they're now saying they won't participate if the UN decides to use force. That means they have decided to dodge their obligation as a member of the UN to carry out UN resolutions. That makes them hypocrites (as they were the ones insisting on working with the UN). I would suggest that they are either cowards or just too bitter to admit that Bush was right.
