Is Rumsfeld trying to motivate the Germans? I'm not so sure that insulting is the best way to convince someone that the US way is the best way.

What do you think? Is Germany on the same level as Libya, a part of "Old Europe"? Does everybody have to be of the same opinion as the USA? What should happen to those who don't?
