if you want me too, it could be done in almost any language, the simplest probably being javascript. just take the current userfriendly source, write a javascript routine that takes data out of a cookie or puts it in a cookie, and have it dynamically alter the color schemes. it would be even better if the site could use various css stylesheets and the routine could just load a different one.
