could be stress (emotional, or work related) or it could be mono. Mono typically has a few more symptons rather than just 'always tired'. Do you constantly have a temp of 100 or so? Is your appetite lacking/nonexistant? Do you feel constant complete exhaustion? Are your thyroid glands swollen or sensitive to the touch? I had about 2-3 relapses of mono(accute stage) over a period of 4 months before I finally went to the doctor to see what the hell was going on :) Unfortunetely I had an uncommon side affect of insomnia. I've never slept well though, used to be lucky if i got 3-4hrs of sleep per night, and it'll take me about 60min to fall asleep no matter how exhausted or drunk =P
