Telling them to always detect any and all methods of being deliberately borked that MS comes up with?

The real problem is that MS can get away with this sort of behavior because:
a) most people don't even realize there is a problem (the IE users),
b) most don't understand the nature of the problem (Netscape users who can see a slight difference), and
c) the few who are left (the other browser users) can't get any respect because nobody listens to them.
