I really feel for the CNAs. Everyone seems to have a great attitude, although I certainly wouldn't blame them for hauling off and shaking someone every once in a while. We're talking only three days here, and she's wet the bed three times, because "they just didn't get here in time." I caught her one time waiting until she just had to go and then asking for help into the wheelchair. So, what would you suggest as something I can do to thank the staff-- besides cash gifts, 'cause lordy there's not enough of that to go around. :)
