I spend ages setting up a lighting state and program it into the board. I think it looks fine. The Director then comes over and says: "That's nice, but I'd like it changing a bit" I then flick the board into Edit mode - this involves taking the state to blackout, and then the exact same state comes back up, ready to change to your heart's desire. The Director then says: "That's great, exactly right" I haven't changed it yet! Now that is hell.
