this guy just doesnt like your Boyf... Is its unfair dismissal i think as well but i dont know your law out there so im not sure whether your boyf would have grounds for a tribunal...might be worth looking into. On a more personal note...I hate guys like that...they suck serious a*se..you work really hard and they just ask for more and more and when you finally turn round and say 'enough is enough' they get all bitchy and go into petulant child mode! God! some people!
